A leading Clinical Research Organisation (CRO), with over 20 years of presence on the international market, operating across 27 countries is seeking to employ experienced Clinical Team Manager.
The new incumbent shall take full accountability for international project and study program delivery on time, with quality and within planned budget.
This is a permanent position based in one of the company’s Operational Hubs in Warsaw (PL).
Location: Warsaw (office-based)
The duties associated with the role include:
  • Overall Line management responsibility of assigned employees and subcontractors in responsible country/countries
  • Responsible and accountable for execution of KPI's for assigned staff and for all site deliverables within required time and budget
  • Acountable for quality, performance and compliance with requirments (incl. ICH GCP and contractual obligations) in assigned projects
  • Staff Recruitment responsibility and talent development within the team
  • Oversees project realization on all stages
  • Collaboration with other teams like: Project Management, Medical Monitors, Business Development and Medical Affairs Department
  • Verifying the state of knowledge of assigned staff in respect of the conducted clinical trial (company SOP, protocol, trial procedures, project-specific contractual obligations)
Requirements:
  • University/college degree (life science or medical degree preferred)
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in Clinical Operations in biotech, pharmaceutical or CRO
  • Ability to manage and motivate direct reports
  • Knowledge of monitoring procedures and entire clinical trial process
  • Guidance and quality management planning consistent with GCP, clinical operations performance standards and other applicable government and regulatory agency standards
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
