Location: Warsaw

 

Responsibilities:

  • Performs detailed analysis of KCR’s customer relationship database
  • Develops and improves process, templates and database for optimal customer analysis and segmentation
  • Develops data-driven Relationship Management strategies (as recommendations) for targeted customers/ customer segments
  • Performs ongoing research regarding KCR customers, based on publically available information; updating the customer database accordingly and proposes relevant actions
  • Proactively searches for new, innovative tools that might facilitate Customer Relationship Management processes implementation & maintenance, including new technologies and marketing tools
  • Is responsible for Customer Complaints management, ensures all complaints are properly collected, acknowledged, registered, assessed, followed until resolution and appropriate corrective and preventive actions are implemented
  • Oversees the implementation of the processes and strategies related to Customer Management across the organization
  • May represent KCR in business conferences or meetings with clients

Requirements:

  • University/college degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics or in a quantitative field
  • Basic knowledge of the CRO and Pharmaceutical business
  • Min. 2-4 years business development experience (a working knowledge or experience with structured CRM application or similar, experience working with web/online application/projects; experience with CRM/ database customer analytics)
  • Great research and analytical skills, ability to deliver insightful ideas and draw findings from figures using advanced statistical tools such as SQL, Python, etc.
  • Proficiency in utilizing MS Office products, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent planning and organization skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills to identify risks, provide market insights, and draw valid conclusions from findings using available data
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Ability to effectively cooperate with a team of people
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, as well as communicate quantitative information in a clear and informative manner
  • Ability to develop and manage project schedules, identify risks, and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously to enable the effective management of internal and external relationships
  • Fluent in local office language and in English, both written and verbal
