Junior Graphic Designer

Workplace: Warsaw


As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will be part of a dynamic and talented PR&Marketing Team and will work on multiple simultaneous projects. As a successful candidate you should have a strong understanding of design, and substantial verbal and written communication skills. You should be also be extremely detail oriented.

Responsibilities:

  • Create custom, high-quality PowerPoint presentations
  • Maintain brand standards, consistency of message, and design across presentations
  • Develop creative concepts from a creative brief and brings them to life (from idea to completion on a multitude of projects)
  • Design marketing collateral such as brochures, leaflets, emails, web graphics, banners, newsletters, adverts etc.
  • Communicate directly with internal clients in order to understand their needs
  • Collaborate with the team and to keep projects on track
  • Keep deadlines met

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of proven work experience as a Junior/Graphic Designer or similar role
  • Portfolio of completed design projects (illustrations or other graphics) to be sent with the CV as a link or separate file
  • Bachelors’ degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or Communications, or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Expert in PowerPoint

Essential Skills:

  • Demonstrated execution of design principles through a portfolio of materials
  • Ability to translate a concept and messaging into visuals
  • Strong ability to use graphic design concepts and elements of design, understanding of design principles for marketing purposes
  • Proficient in PowerPoint
  • Proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Adobe Stock
  • Knowledge of Premiere Pro, AfterEffect and Motion Array will be an additional asset
  • Good knowledge of social media: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter
  • Self-motivated conceptual thinker with demonstrated ability to develop and execute creative strategies
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, but also work independently when required
  • Detail-oriented
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Time management, prioritization, organizational skills, attentiveness, accuracy in performance and keen attention to detail
  • Fluency in English and local language, both written and verbal
