A leading Contract Research Organization (CRO), with over 20 years of presence on the international market, operating across 27 countries is seeking to employ HR Specialist - Development and Employer Branding. This is a permanent position based in one of the company’s Operational Hubs in Warsaw (PL).
Location: Poland (office-based)

The duties associated with the role include:
  • International HR development and employer branding specialist role
  • Designing and delivering efficient Employer Branding concepts, activities and content
  • Engagement in multi-channeled employer branding campaigns and events, career fairs
  • Engagement in functional company-wide research, design and implementation of integrated talent development solutions, including:
    • performance development
    • organization and talent review
    • career plan development
    • succession and talent planning
  • Research conduct for best practices and trends in organization development including methodologies and technology enhancements, and make recommendations to continuously improve KCR’s talent development programs
  • Cooperation with internal training department in creation of content for soft-skills trainings dedicated to meet needs of all types of roles within the company
  • Psychology/HR Degree
  • At least 2 (two) years of relevant work experience as HR Specialist in talent management area or PR Specialist in employer branding area
  • Professional experience as internal/external trainer responsible for creation of soft-skills trainings content and delivery of workshops will be an advantage
  • Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced, high volume environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to balance working on multiple projects in parallel
  • Excellent command of English (good command of German or Russian language is an advantage)
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with individuals from multiple departments at all levels of the organization
