HRIS Support

Location: Warsaw, Poland (hybrid model of work)

We seek for an enthusiastic HRIS Assistant/Specialist who would join our HR Team being responsible for our internal HR systems – creating/updating employees accounts, applying relevant changes to organizational structure connected with HR processes, assigning tasks; creating regular and ad hoc reports; introducing systems/reports improvements; supporting implementation of new HRIS tools to the organization.

If you already have 1-2 years of experience & you are keen to develop your career in Human Resources area, you enjoy technical side of work with systems, trackers, reports, you like working with numbers & Excel has no secrets from you, you are supportive, committed and professional & what is more you enjoy working in a dynamic environment with great Team and in really exciting moment for our organization – this is a perfect place for you!

Scope of responsibilities:

  • Supporting and maintaining internal Human Resources Information Systems;
  • Creating & updating employees accounts in HR systems;
  • Updating and applying relevant changes to organizational structure in HR systems connected with HR processes;
  • Assigning tasks for users in HR systems according to HR procedures;
  • Generating required ad hoc & regular HR reports and analysis;
  • Suggesting & introducing improvements to HR systems & HR reporting;
  • Technical point-of contact for employees regarding HR systems questions and queries;
  • Cooperating with various internal teams and external system providers;
  • Supporting implementation of new HRIS tools/systems to the organization;
  • Participating in other HR projects and processes as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • University/college degree/certification or a student of specialization related to Human Resources, Finance & Accounting, IT, Data Analytics;
  • 1-2 years of professional experience preferably gained in HRIS area;
  • Strong interest & technical skills related to work with numbers, systems, trackers & reports;
  • Interest in developing career in Human Resources area;
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel tools – calculations, formulas, graphing, tables and automation;
  • Analytical thinking, good planning and problem-solving abilities, can-do-attitude;
  • Ability to work under time pressure, multitasking skills;
  • Computer proficiency;
  • Fluency in English and Polish, both verbal and written.
