Location: Warsaw (office-based)
 
The duties associated with the role include:
  • Maintenance of the company centralized project database
  • Cooperation with different company departments in order to obtain suitable sources to feed the centralized project database
  • Maintaining of the company learning management and SOP distribution system
  • Follow-up with employees reporting issues with the learning management and SOP distribution system
  • Cooperating with IT, HR, QA and external vendor on gaps revealed in the learning management and SOP distribution system
  • Generating reports from the learning management and SOP distribution system and distributing them within the company
  • Logistic arrangements according to the company training calendar (facilities, equipment, invitations, coordination between trainers and trainees)
  • Administrative support in finalization of training materials and procedural documents
  • Ensures that the training documentation is up-to-date and archived according to procedures and/or instructions
  • Creates and maintains training activity records for KCR staff, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-data
  • Liaises with appropriate staff with regards to training documentation issues (faulty, missing documents etc.)
  • Regularly performs quality control of Central Training File: checks quality of documentation, informs appropriate staff about missing documentation or other findings and prepares notes to file explaining the discrepancy and action taken, if applicable
  • Verifies Induction Training Forms for TES employees and confirms presence in Central Training File of all applicable trainings records
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Very good command of English (written and verbal communication skills)
  • Excellent organization skills, patience, attention to details
  • Teamwork ability
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently; not being afraid of dealing with problems in cooperation with representatives of other departments
  • Very good computer skills – MS Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook; WebEx;
  • Ability to resolve issues related to maintenance of systems
  • Analysis of identified issues
  • Candidates should have legally authorized to work in the country where the job is locate
