Location:  Warsaw, Poland (office-based)
For our KCR Warsaw office we are currently looking for an Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations, provide effective and efficient support by ensuring appropriate flow of information and create a positive image of KCR at the very first contact with the visitors, employees and customers.
 
The duties associated with the role include:
  • Greeting, welcoming and supporting office visitors, employees and customers
  • Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
  • Receiving, sorting and distributing incoming correspondence, shipping outgoing correspondence
  • Assisting in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
  • Monitoring and updating conference rooms’ schedules
  • Helping to organize and maintain office common areas
  • Monitoring inventory, ordering and distributing necessary office supplies, articles and materials
  • Cooperating with vendors and suppliers
  • Arranging travel by booking accommodations and reservations as required
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management
 
Requirements:
  • University degree in a related field
  • Previous experience as Receptionist, Office Assistant, Office Administrator or in similar role
  • Fluency in English and local office language, both verbal and written
  • Experience with usage of office equipment
  • Good working knowledge of computer programs including MS Office package
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Hospitality, positive and can-do attitude
  • Professional behavior
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills
  • Punctuality and responsibility
