A leading Contract Research Organization (CRO), with over 20 years of presence on the international market, operating across 27 countries is seeking to employ Project Lead. This is a permament position in one of the company's Operational Hubs in Kiev (UA). The role of the position is to assume all Project Management responsibilities on small to mid-size project (e.g. single country, monitoring only project) or work in collaboration with Project Manager on bigger project on certain aspects as agreed per project assignment. This is an excelent opportunity to develop towards Project Management roles within dynamic team of top professionals.
Location: Moscow (office-based/home-based)
 
The duties associated with the role include:
  • Controlling realization of the assigned project/project task
  • Ensuring project/tasks are delivered on time, within budget and with quality.
  • Proactively reporting progress, delays and risk, as well as associated action plans.
  • Taking part in teleconferences and meetings with Sponsor, services providers and team members from other departments
  • Participating in sponsor audits and Regulatory Authority inspections
  • Managing contracting and coordinating work of all services providers
  • Supervising accurate reporting of study costs by services provider.
Requirements:
  • University/college degree in life sciences or equivalent clinical research experience
  • In-depth knowledge of the global drug development process
  • Experience in team leadership within clinical trials
  • Focused on project work, driving results based on set milestones, assuring compliance with applicable regulations and work schedules
  • Very good English skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation/influencing and social skills
  • Flexibility to work with different time zones
  • Ability to travel
