Senior HR Specialist

 

Location: Warsaw, Poland (hybrid model of work)


We seek for an enthusiastic, committed and experienced Senior HR Specialist, who would join our HR Team, being responsible for completing HR administration activities and providing support in HR processes and HR projects for the assigned teams. In this role, you would be closely cooperating with other members of HR Operations Team, HR Business Partners & HR Experts. You would be acting as a point of contact for Employees & Managers regarding HR administration questions and queries.

If you have at least 5 years of experience in HR administration area, you are a team-player, supportive, enthusiastic and professional, you like working with people, but also with documents and numbers, you have high attention to detail, can-do attitude and going extra mile are your strengths & what is more you enjoy working in a dynamic environment – this is a place for you!


Scope of responsibilities:

  • Completing all activities required by local labor law and local regulations,
  • Preparing and verifying required HR documentation, ensuring that personnel documentation meets current legal requirements,
  • Maintaining, updating and verifying employee personnel files,
  • Acting as a point of contact for Employees & Managers in terms of HR administration processes, questions and queries,
  • Preparing required ad-hoc and regular HR reports and analysis,
  • Maintaining, updating and verifying HR systems,
  • Participating in the payroll processes,
  • Supporting other HR projects, activities and programs as required,
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • University/college degree in a specialization related to Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology,
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in HR administration activities in Poland (experience & interest in HR administration in other countries would be a plus),
  • Very good knowledge of labor law and regulations related to social insurances, tax regulations and benefits related topics,
  • Experience in resolving various issues and advising in the human resources area,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Analytical thinking, very good planning and problem-solving abilities,
  • Ability to work under pressure of time, multitasking skills,
  • Computer proficiency – advanced usage of Office package - primarily Excel - is required,
  • Fluency in Polish and English, both verbal and written; good knowledge of other languages (f.ex. German, Russian) would be an advantage.
